Want to help people understand the issues, but don't feel quite ready to have a face-to face chat about them? No problem. Another thing you can do is to download and print an issues poster, pop it up on your union notice board, in your staff room, or anywhere that it can be seen by your colleagues but isn’t visible to the public.
